Our basement coatings are state of the art, designed after our pool & tank coatings and proven world wide. With our basement water proofing system you no longer need to worry about water penetration due to freezing weather or temperature change.Our ArmorGuard seals & saturates the concrete giving it more strength. ArmorGuard insulates the basement, which keeps your house form losing needed heat. ArmorGuard being none porous, the radon has less chance of penetrating the surface. Our primers for bonding & flexing allow for the movement of the foundation, most do move, this can cause cracking.
Our matting, when applied gives the structure more strength, up to 50,000 P.S.I. We have several different types of matting, the hydro mat is for stopping hydration, which is water or air penetrating from the back of the concrete. Our stitch mat allow for strength & water proofing. All basements are different, so materials applied determine the warranty of the basement. Some basements also have a lot of fixtures, so some areas are hard to reach to make it water tight. When applying the material it is best to apply prior to the fixtures being assembled, or to remove all fixtures prior to coating. This application has been proven in sealing retention walls, sea walls, tunnels, & dams, so basements are no problem.
